417 West to 416 South, Exit at Roger Stevens Dr. (North Gower) Turn right (West) Travel through the traffic lights at North Gower and continue for approx. 25 minutes to Smiths Falls. You will come to a stop sign at the intersection of Hwy 15 & 29. (Tom's Diner)  Continue straight through and then turn left at the first traffic light you reach. Elmsley St. Hwy 43 (Arena on left corner and Hospital on right corner)

Stay on Emlsley and go straight at the next light (Y intersection) use the left side of the Y. Continue until you reach the second traffic lights just before the train overpass. This is Old Slys Rd. Turn right and cross over the locks and the park is on the right. First field on your right is the Kiwanis Field.  Lower Reach Main field is just around the bend with the lights on it, corner of Jasper Ave. and Vincent St.

If you wish you can also take 417 to Hwy 7 to Carleton Place turn left at the second traffic lights (Hwy 15 & 29) this will bring you to the same intersction as the other way (Tom's Diner on your right. Turn right here and follow to the Arena. Then follow the rest of the previous directions.
